NEW YORK (AP) -- Mark McGrath of Sugar Ray has finally gotten married. It's "finally," because McGrath has been dating Carin Kingsland off and on for 18 years. They've been engaged for two and a half years. They have two-year-old twins. People magazine reports McGrath and Kingsland were married yesterday in southern California. The twins, a boy and a girl, were the ring bearer and flower girl.
