JENNIFER LOPEZ: GETTING SERIES

LOS ANGELES (AP) -- ABC Family says it agreed to fire up a series pilot from Jennifer Lopez's production company. The network says "The Fosters" is about a lesbian couple and their diverse family. Lopez will be an executive producer for the hour-long project. Casting was not announced. It's one of several projects Lopez is doing through her production company, now that she is free of the time drain caused by being a judge on "American Idol."
