UNDATED (AP) -- Tori Spelling wants to help turn your baby into a fashionista. She's out with a new clothing line for newborns, infants and toddlers called Little Maven by TORI SPELLING. JCPenney will carry the line, billed as a combination of "Hollywood chic and beachside casual" -- yet functional. She's come up with snap-on socks and detachable bibs and vests to create different looks for the little ones. by Sandy Kozel
