NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) -- Tim McGraw's music future is in question again. The Tennessean reports that his ex-label Curb Records asked an appeals court to reverse the decision that let McGraw out of his contract. Curb wants to stop McGraw from recording and releasing new music through his new label Big Machine Records. McGraw's lawyers told the three-judge panel that he fulfilled the terms of his contract and should be free to move on. A ruling could take months.
