ROBIN ROBERTS: TAKING LEAVE FROM "GOOD MORNING AMERICA"

NEW YORK (AP) -- Don't look for Robin Roberts on "Good Morning America" for the next little while. She's taking some time off -- saying she feel the effects of her blood and bone marrow disease. Roberts says she is taking some time off "to get some vakay" -- saying she needs the vacation because she isn't feeling well. She told reporters last week her leave would probably start at the end of this month or early next -- but is taking it now, instead. Roberts announced last month she has MDS, a blood and bone marrow disease once known as preleukemia.
