Jay-Z owes money for designer duds and more celebrity news
NEW YORK (AP) -- So far, there's been no response from a publicist of Jay-Z to a lawsuit in which a clothing designer claims the rapper owes him $7 million. A New York City designer Dwayne Walker says the rapper and his former Roc-A-Fella record label partners owe him $7 million in unpaid royalties for designing their label logo. In a lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court last week, Walker claims he drew up the Roc-A-Fella logo. The logo features the letter R, a record and a Champagne bottle. The New York Daily News (http://nydn.us/LkIqla ) had details of the lawsuit and the lack of response so far from Jay-Z's people.
