SLIGO, Ky. (WHAS11)- Paul Burrows’ shop, the Burrows Garage has been a part of the Henry Co. community since it opened as a blacksmith shop in 1917.

Burrows sadly passed away recently at 87-years-old, and his community found a fitting way to honor him with a unique funeral procession.

More than 70 vehicles, including tow trucks, cement mixers and fire trucks were on hand, as well as two wreckers to raise an American flag over the road. A wrecker Burrows built by hand served as the hearse.
