Thanksgiving Forecast

All right, everyone knows how I like to step out on that weather "limb" every once and awhile, so here I go...

Thanksgiving Day we'll have a front stalled just to our south leaving us in the cool air and a wave (low pressure) riding along the front.  This set should give us a chilly and wet  Turkey Day...

Black Friday's forecast is a little more tricky...  The Low tracks to the northeast Thursday night and as it does it pulls in much colder air into Kentuckiana.  The 850 mb temps fall to around -8 C and the 540 mb (snow line) dives well south of us.  And with plenty of wrap around moisture Friday morning we could be looking at snow showers for shoppers.   A lot could change between now and Thanksgiving.  Stay Tuned...
