The weather models are trending towards lighter precipitation for Friday, in fact, our RPM weather model completely took out any chances for Friday. However, there are other weather models keeping some minor accumulating snow amounts in the forecast. As of now, it appears the best-case scenario will be no snow, with the precipitation staying south, as the Futurecast map below shows early on Friday (when we're supposed to get the steadier precipitation). This map just shows clouds, but not snow. The last map here shows a blend of the other weather models calling for a dusting to 2" of snowfall, with possibly some freezing rain mixed in - that would be the worst case scenario.
