A storm system moving out of the Gulf Coast region will spread rain our way by late this evening, changing to snow (wet heavy snow) around midnight. The low tracks well south of us and thus the heaviest snowfall should remain over south central and eastern KY. This snow-line may budge north or south a bit, we’ll have to watch the track of this system closely. The storm heads east by Wednesday afternoon. A series of weak disturbances will keep a slight chance for periods of light rain/drizzle/snow through Saturday. Colder next week.
