High Risk of severe storms today... A powerful deep low pressure system will push through the upper Midwest today, while a trailing strong cold front will affect Kentuckiana mid morning-mid afternoon.  This front will give us a good chance for much needed rainfall (.5-1.5").  However, it will come at a cost...  Gusty winds and the threat for Severe Storms.

Wind Advisory Tuesday 8 am-8 pm...  S 25-30 Gust Excess of 40 mph.

Moderate Risk for Severe Storms (Metro, best chance 11am-1pm)...
- Damaging Winds + 65 mph
- Isolated Tornadoes
- Heavy Rain (.5-1.5")
- Timing: West... 9am-Noon; Metro... 11am-1pm; East... Noon-3pm

Ben, Jamie and I will be here Tuesday morning tracking the storms!
