The first cold front will bring scattered showers and thunderstorms to the area late overnight through tomorrow afternoon. Most of the rain will be to the southeast by Tuesday afternoon. This front will drop temperatures to the low-mid 80s Tuesday and Wednesday.
The next system arrives late Thursday through Friday. The wettest day appears to be Friday. We'll also have a few leftover showers possible on Saturday. With all of that said, over the next six days, some of us could get over 2" inches of rain. I for one would be happy to see the rain! I'm already tired of watering the lawn. The map below shows the rain amounts total through this coming Saturday.
