Doing some record keeping today, as we could set several records.

 - Forecast high: 100. Record: 96/2007.
 
- 82nd Day at 90 or above: Most ever in a single year.
 
- 100 or above has never happened in Autumn.
 
- 100 or above has thus never happened this late in the year. Latest: September 14th, 1897.
 
- Last time at or above 100 in September? September 6th, 1954 at 104. 
 
- Now, 3rd hottest September on record so far at an average temperature of 76.7 degrees.
 
- Hottest Septembers:
 
1)       1925: 77.5
2)       1881: 77.1
3)       2010: 76.7
4)       2007: 76.4
5)       1933: 75.6
 
- Tomorrow’s high 95 ties record of 95 set in 2007.
 
- The latest Drought Monitor was released this morning. We are now in a Moderate Drought over most of Kentuckiana, with a Severe Drought over southern Indiana affecting Agriculture.
