A southern system will be teaming up with an approaching cold front keeping scattered showers around the area through tonight, with leftover showers early Tuesday. The heaviest rain amounts will likely be south of the Bluegrass Parkway, where over two inches of rain will be possible. A Flood Watch is in effect for much of southeastern Kentucky including Adair County. The rain will taper off to the east through Tuesday morning.
