Scattered showers and storms are on the way for the Fourth.  However, it doesn't look like a wash-out, and there's a chance not everyone will get the rain.   Severe weather is not expected, but heavy downpours possible, so we'll have to watch for areas of flooding.

Take a look at our Futurecast maps below.

1st Map:  9:00 Thursday -  Scattered showers/storms likely, especially in Kentucky.  Much of the heavier rain could be hanging just southeast of Louisvile.

2nd Map: 4:00 Thursday -  The rain could wind down a bit late afternoon and evening, keep the umbrella!

3rd Map:  10pm Thursday -  Time for fireworks, and our area could be mostly dry by evening!  Let's hope this hold true!  Have a safe and fun holiday!  -Ben Pine
