Dangerous Heat and Poor Air Quality... Thursday

We are looking at a double "whammy" Thursday.  First let's talk about the dangerous Heat Indices...

Highs on Thursday will be in the mid and upper 90s with the Heat Index ranging from 100-107, with the hottest temperatures west of I-65...  East of I-65 (including the Metro) we see highs in the mid 90s and a heat index near 104

 Heat Advisory Thursday 2-8pm EDT... 

- West of I-65 (Does not include Jefferson Co/Metro).
- Temps: mid-upper 90s
- Heat Index: 105+
 
STAY HYDRATED...STAY IN AN AIR-CONDITIONED
BUILDING...STAY OUT OF THE SUN... CHECK UP ON RELATIVES AND NEIGHBORS... DON'T FORGET YOUR PETS!
