From Simple to Super: Margarita Margherita Pizzas

Margarita Margherita Pizzas

For cream cheese whipped filling
8oz whipped cream cheese
10oz whipped topping
1 cup powder sugar

Make sure cream cheese is at room temp, then whisk all ingredients until smooth.

For Basil Bourbon Apple chutney
1/2 cup basil
2 granny smith apples (medium diced)
1 cup water
2 tablespoons bourbon (or more)
1/2 cup sugar

Put all ingredients in sauce pot and cook on medium heat until it reduces by half. Taste and if desired sweeter then add more sugar and allow to cool.

Strawberry Tomato Margarita chutney
1 cup diced strawberries
1 cup Budweiser Strawberry Margarita
1 tomato (diced and seeded)
1/2 cup sugar

Place everything in sauce pot and cook on medium heat until it reduces by half then allow to cool.

12 Mini Pie Shells

Spoon filling into pie shells and top with desired chutney. Enjoy!!
