2 brioche buns
1 pint of hot crab spread (combine cream cheese, habanero peppers, and crab or purchase at the Seafood Connection)
2 pounds of ground chuck
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup of A-1 steak sauce
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 red bell pepper (small diced)
2 tablespoons butter (softend)
1/2 tablespoon vegetable oil
Pulled pork (already made)
For sweet and sour sauce, place vinegar, sugar, red pepper in sauce pan and cook about 10-15 minutes on medium until it reduces by half.
Mix chuck, Worcestershire sauce, A-1 sauce in bowl and mix by hand until fully incorporated. Make about 8oz burger patties or bigger. Heat non-stick pan on medium heat, add oil, cook burger for about 4-5 minutes on each side.
Put a lid over top of it to help cook faster (DO NOT SMASH BURGER). At this time you can turn the heat up to medium high. Once burger is almost done place pulled pork on top and let it warm up on top.
Toast bread in non-stick pan with butter. Spread an unhealthy amount of crab spread on the top bun and place under broiler until spread is softened. Finish burger with sweet and sour sauce. Enjoy!
