From Simple to Super: 'Cardinal Red' Hot Bone-in-less Chicken Wings

Serves 2-4

12 chicken wings
2 cups buttermilk
1 cup Frank’s Red Hot Sauce
2 cups Flour
Seasoning for Flour: Paprika, garlic powder, chili powder

Pull all meat to the end of bone as shown in video. Mix hot sauce and buttermilk then soak chicken overnight. Next day take and toss in flour and fry at 350 degrees until chicken reaches 165 degrees. (about 7-10 minutes)

Buffalo Sauce
1 cup mango chutney
¼ cup cider vinegar
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
½ cup Frank’s Red Hot sauce
Mix everything in bowl until evenly incorporated

Pickled Celery
Celery Stalks
1 cup vinegar
1 cup sugar
Place vinegar in small sauce pan on low and dissolve sugar then put in cooler until cooled. Place sliced celery in liquid overnight

Toss wings in sauce or serve sauce on side. Garnish with celery and blue cheese or ranch. Enjoy!
