I'm an odd ball when it comes to running and music! I ALWAYS have to run with my IPOD in my right hand whether it's on or not. I know it's weird. Just something I got use to doing.
But, when I listen to music, I first have to start off with something slow and mellow. I will listen to anything Dave Matthews. I'm a big country fan (Eli Yound Band-Crazy Girl; Jason Aldean-Wide Open, anything Keith Urban). Anything by Mumford and Sons, Ingrid Michaelson, Colbie Caillat, Lifehouse, Parachute.
As I start losing steam, I will turn to more fast pace music (Queen-Another one bites the dust; Black Eyed Peas; Cascada-Evacuate the dancefloor; Celine Dion-River Deep Mountain High; En Vogue-Free your Mind).
