Several companies offer a fat free Greek yogurt. It's thicker than normal yogurt, yet has double the protein and half the sugar. Use this as a substitution for sour cream in dips!

Some suggest the Super Bowl is THE biggest eating holiday of the year, bigger than Thanksgiving.

Try these 3 ideas top enjoy the game, yet not totally blow your goals!

Guacamole is great for you --0mix 1/2 avocado, 1/2 peas, to lower the calories. Although avocado is loaded with healthy fat, it's still a ton of calories to add to the mix.

Dip made with Greek yogurt instead of sour cream and whatever other seasonings or flavorings you like.

Make your own hummus (or buy store made). Great with veggies, crackers, or what have you.
