Republican gubernatorial candidate David Williams has repeatedly blamed negative coverage in Kentucky's two largest newspapers for his poor showing in polls of the governor's race.
On Monday, in the wake of a 31 point deficit in the latest WHAS11/Courier-Journal Bluegrass Poll, Williams was able to hand deliver his complaint to the Lexington Herald-Leader.
The H-L's Beth Musgrave reports that Williams complained about the coverage during an interview with the newspaper's editorial board.
