(WHAS11) -- A surprising move Friday afternoon when Jewish Hospital and Saint Mary's Healthcare announced they were merging with Saint Joseph's Health System of Lexington without University Hospital.
It all came during a news conference Friday morning.
WHAS11's Joe Arnold talked one on one with the CEO of the new company called, Kentucky One Health.
