LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) — The Martin Luther King holiday has led to a meeting between two Kentucky leaders who don't agree on much at all. Reverend Kevin Cosby of St. Stephen Baptist Church says newly elected Senator Rand Paul reached out to him. It comes after Paul once said he would not have voted for parts of the Civil Rights Act.
