Grayson hits the airwaves

by Joe Arnold

Posted on February 9, 2010 at 8:35 AM

Trey Grayson's U.S. Senate campaign has launched its first radio ad of the Republican primary campaign.

Bluegrass Politics reports that Grayson does not mention Rand Paul by name in the  spot:

The one-minute spot strikes a positive tone and stresses Grayson’s efforts to reduce government spending as Kentucky’s Secretary of State since 2003.

“I’m running for Senate to stop the wasteful spending and keep our country safe from the terrorists who want to kill us,” Grayson declares.

Forget talking about his efforts to reduce government spending - which government programs did he cut or reduce spending in?
