Frankfort, Ky. (WHAS11)- Tuesday afternoon hundreds of disabled Kentuckians and advocates for the disabled are expected in Frankfort.

The group is taking part in a lobby day and rally.

It is in the rotunda from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

They are upset about another round of budget cuts that could impact services for elderly and disabled Kentuckians.

They make up 23 percent of the state population, and are considered the largest minority group in the Bluegrass.

A bus will leave Bridgehaven at 950 south First Street in old Louisville at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday.
