The Democratic National Committee is banking on Americans approving of Obamacare in their votes in congressional races.
According to Talking Points Memo, the DNC launches this new ad on Thursday. It includes images of Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY) as an example of "years of Republican obstruction."
