LOUISVILLE, Ky. -- We could know Friday if a Kentucky Senate Candidate from Louisville will remain on the ballot. A judge is deciding whether Republican Chris Thieneman has fulfilled the requirement to live in the 37th senate district for a full year. Opponents say he actually lives elsewhere.
On top of the lawsuit, the Kentucky Democratic Party launched a couple of attack ads challenging Thieneman’s past charitable work.
WHAS11’s Chelsea Rabideau spoke with Thieneman Thursday. Click the video above for the full story.
