FRANKFORT, Ky. (WHAS11)- Kentucky's state auditor has nearly 100 recommendations for how the retirement systems' board of trustees should manage nearly $13 billion in retirement funds.
Auditor Crit Luallen says the agency needs stronger oversight.
When doing a review of the agency she said she found no wrong doing, but there were some "troubling aspects."
Kentucky Retirement Systems' board of trustees manages the retirement funds for about 330,000 Kentuckians.
