The411 with Sherlene Shanklin: You still have time to attend the Four Roses Kentucky Reggae Festival at the Water Tower. The festival is one of the region's most unique and enduring festivals. You have today to enjoy the food, fun and of course great music. The three day festival is designed to bring a Caribbean atmosphere incorporating the Jamaican culture with the flavor of the islands through music, ethnic food and vendor markets. Over the three day festival, various local, regional and national artists will perform. The Flex Crew, Keith Porter & The Yard Squad, Universal Xpression, Taj Weeks and Adowa and The Ark Band all performed at the Kentucky Reggae Festival. Gates opened today at 1:00 p.m. and it closes at 7:00 p.m. Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome. For more information go to kentuckyreggaefestival.com.
