Welcome to this week’s The411.  With more thank two million dollars in pre-sale ticketing the movie “Courageous”  hits theaters nationwide.  The411 was the first in this area to tell you that former University of Louisville football standout T.C. Stallings would be in the major motion picture.  In the first scene of movie you will recognize him as a bad guy.  I had the opportunity to see the movie several weeks in a special screening.  The movie had the audience laughing then crying, and then cheering for the good guys as you sat on the edge of your seat.

The film is about four police officers, all with the same purpose to serve and protect. When tragedy hits home, these men are left wrestling with their hopes, their fears, their faith, and their fathering. Protecting the streets is second nature to these officers. Raising their children in a God-honoring way? That's courageous.  This is “The411 Pick of the Week.”

Here’s some of the theaters you can see the film in our area:  New Albany 16, Rave Stonybrook, Tinseltown, Rave Preston Crossing, Great Escape 8 in Shelbyville and Movie Palace 12 in Elizabethtown.
