The411 Update: Due to high water and predictions of severe weather, the April 27th Waterfront Wednesday has been cancelled.  WDC, WFPK, and others involved in producing the event reviewed options for other locations at Waterfront Park and within the Metro Parks system; however, because severe weather is predicted on Wednesday evening, the decision was made that it would be safer for the public for the event to be cancelled rather than relocated.

The next Waterfront Wednesday will be held on Wednesday, May 25, 2011.

The411: This week, WFPK Radio kicks off their Waterfront Wednesday Concert Series.  On April 27th its Walk the Moon, Sara Jaffe and The Deloreans all scheduled to perform.  Parking is available along River Road, the Orange Lot and surrounding pay lots.  Of course, due to the flooding you will have to adjust your parking when you get in the area.  The concert will begin at 5:00 p.m. For additional information go to www.wfpk.org.
If you have an event send it to The411@whas11.com.
