The411:  The rapper known for the hit song Independent, Webster "Lil Webbie" Gradney, Jr., is facing drug possession and tampering with evidence charges after being arrested in Tennessee Monday.  According to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, Webbie was coming from Louisville, Kentucky enroute to Baton Rouge.  He performed in Louisville at Jim Porters on Sunday April 3rd.  The rapper was in a rented 2010 Nissan Altima when Gradney, 25 and four others were stopped for speeding down Interstate 65 around 9:40 a.m. The Baton Rouge, LA native was the front seat passenger in the vehicle.  The officer allegedly saw Gradney throw what was believed to be marijuana out of the window.  The officer approached the vehicle and immediately secured Gradney, finding $13,240 in a card board box on his lap and two ounces of marijuana. The officer also recovered a loaded .357 revolver from a passenger.  Upon further investigation, it was also discovered that the driver was operating on a suspended driver license.
All subjects were arrested and taken to the Marshall County Jail. Gradney was charged with possession and tampering with evidence. His bond was set at $21,000.
