The411: Welcome to this week's the 411. Family's are looking for events that they all can enjoy at one location without breaking their bank. In this week's the 411. I'll show you a few ideas that are a lot of fun but doesn't cost alot of money.
Its the Fest at the E.P. Tom Sawyer State Park. It runs from four to eight p.m. on Saturday, October 9th. There will be hayrides, a street dance, inflatables, face painting, crafts and storytelling at bonfire with smores. Entertainment is free but there's a five dollar charge to park.
And how about being an artist for the day by creating your own blown glass pumpkin at Flame Run contemporary art glass studio. Every Saturday during the month of October you can take your family there. It will take less than 30 minutes to create these beautiful pieces.
Make sure you follow me throughout the week on WHAS11.com. If you have an event for the weekend agenda send it to firstname.lastname@example.org I'm Sherlene Shanklin with WHAS11 News.
