The411: As we come to the close of the year we take to the time to reflect what happened over the past twelve months. Some set goals and resolutions for the new year while others try to figure out what went wrong in hopes to try and fix it. The holidays are not always the best of times for some families who have faced tragedy and/or hardships. Like myself, my father passed away this year and I just can't imagine how the holidays will ever be the same. Like many, I have good days and bad days. The support I have received has been unbelievable but his absence will forever leave a void in my life.
I have a new appreciation of life and how precious it is each and everyday.
As we all move forward and take a look ahead to the future, experts are giving advice to people who want to get back on track. Here's a few things you can do make realistic goals, take time for yourself, don't hold things in talk to someone you trust, remember not to dwell on the small stuff and it's okay to get upset and cry.
If you have a goal, and/or resolution you would like to share add a comment below or send it to the411@whas11.com.
