The411: Welcome to this week's the 411.  A popular local hip hop artist creates a buzz with a tribute to the Cards plus its as easy as one plus one when it comes to a college education.

This is not a concert but a group of future leaders applauding after a motivational talk from the youngest millionaire on Wall Street.  Students from all over the city attended the 1+1=U Kentuckiana College Expo at Central High School.

The event was to encourage and give students a chance to talk to representatives from almost 30 colleges and universities.

Margaret Dunbar Demaree/Founder, Executive Director of 1+1=U says  “To have Dr. Farrah Gray here I wanted to kick off with a good speaker that's close to their age.  Not only that he knows where they are he's been there.  He was born and raised on the south side of Chicago in the projects and become an entrepreneur at an early age so for him to be able to talk to them in their language.  He had them captivated.”

Dr. Farrah Gray- “Every 27 seconds a young person drops out of school so I think that my presence here was really to knock down walls in the inner city you only grow up to be what we see and when you knock down those walls they are able to see and actually be all that they can be.”

With a new era in Cardinal football a local hip hop standout whose known for his collaboration with Nappy Roots on My Old Kentucky Home is bringing the bass when it comes to his new song.  Kevin "KD" Drane has created this song for Cardinal fans.  Take a listen and tell me what you think.
