I'm trying to see if anyone else is having problems with their email account.  I have AT&T.  They sent a note during the holidays stating that the internet service and the phone service would merge to make our services better.  Did I miss the date of that transition?  They said you did not have to do anything for it.  My email screen comes up and it says "hi Sherlene" but it will not let me click on the emails.  It now says the upgrade is free but I can't get in it because its not accepting my email address.  Please tell me someone else is going through the same thing!  

Update:  When I got home I noticed a packet from AT&T. It had a cd in it.  You have to use that to get your email back on track.  Once you put the cd in the drive it took about 10 minutes to upgrade and your email comes right back up.  You have to put all of your information and passwords back in.  So, find them before you get started.  My problem is I have an AT&T Blackberry so it sent a message stating all of my emails needed to be re-validated.  So, I had to validate everything before my blackberry would work.  All of my emails from 5:30pm Monday until now bounced back to the sender. 

I never noticed have many different accounts I have with one company.  My home, internet/email and blackberry.  The problem is when one goes down they all do.  I hope this helps the next person to get through it a little easier than I did.
