LOUISVILLE, Ky. The411 Exclusive with Sherlene Shanklin:  On Monday, I sat down with Ben "Digital Black" Bush for a rare interview.  We talked about everything for how the group got the name Playa, singing at the Apollo to the sudden deaths of both Aailyah and Stephen "Static Major" Garrett.  Bush opened up to me and talked candidly about his emotions, where he was when he got the call and how he continues to deal with it today.

We talked for more than 30 minutes about everything and nothing was off limits for this very reserve artist whose paved the way for many rising Kentucky artists.  His quiet and humble demeanor made the interview go long because we were just having a conversation.
Today, February 25, 2014 marks the sixth anniversary of Static Major's death.  Bush opens up to me about the day and how he found out.  In this The411 Exclusive with Sherlene Shanklin he shares his feelings.

There's much more to my interview but I wanted to share this one question with you as we remember Static.  Static was born on November 11, 1974 and died on February 25, 2008 in Louisville, KY just days after he finished shooting his last video "Lollipop" with Lil Wayne.
In the coming days, I will release more of my interview with Bush.
