The groundhog saw his shadow when he checked the weather this morning at 7:20. Folklore says this means six more weeks of winter. However, has winter really even arrived? I'm going to call an early spring for Kentuckiana.
The rodent has seen his shadow 100 times since he started prognosticating in 1887. Take a look at the same prediction as this year in 1968.

Ben's first campaign commercial! Don't trust the rodent!! Punxsutawney Phil wakes up for one morning after a long winter's nap, and Ben is ready each day with your forecast by 4:30am. Plus, Phil sits on Gobbler's Knob with only a 39% accuracy rating. Vote for the human prognosticator!
