Camm has been convicted twice of killing his wife and two children at their Floyd County home, but both convictions were overturned.
Camm's previous attorney, Katherine Leill, said her assistant, Rick Kammen, will be taking over the case.
Leill said she has too many personal and business commitments to focus on the third trial.
Currently, attorneys are trying to get a change of venue by having the trial moved somewhere other than southern Indiana.
