(News Release) -- More than 75 Kentuckiana kids with cancer took off for summer camp Sunday afternoon.
More than 75 boys and girls between the ages of 6-16 are attending a week-long camp at Country Lake Christian Retreat near Henryville, Indiana.
The campers are pediatric oncology patients at Kosair Children's Hospital from the Kentucky and Southern Indiana area. Some are in current treatment and some have completed treatment.
Due to support from the community, Camp Quality Kentuckiana is provided at no-cost to the camper or their families.
