LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11)—A cancer patient who endured chemo treatments, radiation and a double mastectomy was the keynote speaker at Wednesday night’s Norton Healthcare “Go Confidently” series.

Jill Conley was diagnosed with breast cancer just one day before she turned 32-years-old.  After more than two years of treatment and a brief remission, Jill learned she had stage-4 incurable bone cancer.

On Wednesday, she addressed the crowd at the Olmstead on Frankfort Avenue in Louisville.  She was recently the subject of a documentary in Paris entitled, “The Light that Shines.”
