What a wonderful Valentine's Day celebration!
For Valentine's Day this year my wife Wendy came up with the perfect gift to combine both or our passions. She loves gourmet cooking and everything about it. I love an occasional Kentucky Bourbon and everything about it.
Saturday night we spent the evening in beautiful Versailles Kentucky on a candlelight tour of the Woodford Reserve plant. It was combined with a Valentine's Day four course meal and cooking demonstration from Brown-Foreman chef Mark Williams. He was witty, informative and very entertaining. It made for a fantastic evening.
