Louisville, Ky. (WHAS11)- The Louisville Disc Golf Club has been selected to host this year's US Masters Disc Golf Championship.
The event is coming up August 31 through September 2 at the Charlie Vettiner Golf Course in Louisville, and the disc golf course in Georgetown, Ind.
Disc golf is played like traditional golf, but instead of a ball and clubs players used a flying disc or frisbee.
More than 300 athletes will take part, representing all skill levels.
