LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) - The University of Louisville hosted a ceremonial groundbreaking for a $31 million road project Monday afternoon.
U of L President James Ramsey, Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear, and Louisville Mayor Greg Fischer are all expected to speak at the event.
The road project provides access to a planned 39 acre research park on U of L's Belknap campus planned for just north of U of L's Patterson Baseball Stadium.
