LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) - - The first trees under the 10,000 trees partnership were planted Friday morning in Louisville.
It is all part of a plan with Eco Tech. They are committed to planting 10,000 trees throughout the community. The first trees were planted Friday morning in the Indian Hills neighborhood.
In April the company announced a partnership in Henryville, Indiana to help bring more trees to the area after the March 2, tornadoes.
Eco Tech will plant 1,000 trees a year.
