(NEWS RELEASE) -- Gary Allan is coming to Louisville on March 25 to play a benefit concert for Addie Roberts, a 3-year-old battling Leukemia. A previous concert planned for the toddler was canceled, after it was discovered one of the concert organizers allegedly scammed Addie's family out of thousands of dollars intended for the event. After hearing what happened, Q103.1, Gary Allan, and Baxters 942 teamed up to try and help Addie's family recoup their money. Here are the ticket details:
Per New Country Q103.1:
You must be 21+ to attend the show on March 25th.
Tickets will be sold Thursday, March 13th at Baxter’s 942 on a first-come, first-served basis starting at 7PM. (Baxter's 942 will open for business at 4pm.)
Tickets will be CASH ONLY. (This is so that we will be able to get all of the money to Addie's Army. If we take credit and debit cards, extra fees will have to be applied.)
There will be a 2-ticket-per-person buying limit. This is to ensure that more folks can come to the show and that there will not be further profiting off of the tickets that will not benefit Addie's Army. People will not be allowed to buy additional tickets on March 13th. No exceptions.
250 tickets will be sold in total. There will be 3 types of tickets available:
150 - $10.31 tickets ($10) – these will get you in.
80 - $30 tickets – these will get you access to a partitioned area closer to the stage. Without this ticket, you will not be able to go past barricades and will be relegated to the outer areas.
20 - $50 tickets – these will get you access to the partitioned area like the $30 ticket and you will ALSO get to meet Gary Allan and get a picture taken.
NOTE: Show starts before 5pm with Blaise Streets and Gary will go on at 5:30pm. THIS WILL NOT BE A NORMAL LATER SHOW. GARY WILL PERFORM AT 5:30PM.
