LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) -- Volunteers at Moore's Sewing Center on the Outer Loop are making quilts for local children who are sick or have been abused.
This year alone, they will sew more than 700 quilts to be distributed at local hospitals and advocacy centers for children.
Moore's is one of two drop off sites helping with what is known as "Project Linus."
