Louisville, Ky. (WHAS)--The stage are going up at Churchill Downs and preparations are well underway for the first HullabaLOU Music Festival.
The three-day event is this weekend, July 23-25, and features five stages with more than 60 bands including headliners Bon Jovi, Kenny Chesney and The Dave Matthews Band.
