LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WHAS11) - The Kentucky Derby has an official Bourbon, an official pie, and other official foods and events that have become tradition. Now, thanks to the Comfy Cow Handcrafted Ice Cream and Desserts, the Kentucky Derby has an official ice cream!
The Derby Ice Cream is made using the Comfy Cow's Butter Pecan as a base. They then add chocolate chips, pieces of their homemade pecan pie and a hint of Bourbon.
